Sources and dates

Every page lists the sources it drew on and the date its facts were checked. Prices, hours, dates, distances and phone numbers come from primary documents or the operator's own published page, never from memory or from another guide. Where two sources disagree, the page says so and cites both. Figures older than a year are removed rather than left standing.

What the site does not claim

As of launch, nobody on the site's staff has visited the places described. Pages therefore describe places from documents and from attributed visitor reports; they do not review restaurants, lodgings, trails or trips as if someone had been there. When a visit happens, the page will say who went and when.

Use of AI

AI tools are used to organize research, draft text and check copy. A person decides what each page says, checks every figure against its source, and is responsible for the result.

Images

Photographs on this site are AI-generated depictions of real places in and around Fayetteville, made for this site from public-domain references where they exist. They are labeled as illustrations in the image metadata and they will be replaced with the site's own photographs as those are taken. No image shows the interior or the food of a named business as if photographed there, and no image shows a real person.

Money

Lodging maps and some booking links are affiliate links; the site may earn a commission when a reader books through them, at no cost to the reader. Those links are marked as sponsored. No business pays for placement, no review is exchanged for a comped stay or meal, and no tourism office edits what the site publishes.

Corrections

Send corrections to [email protected]. Errors of fact are fixed on the page with a dated note; the checked date is updated only when the facts were re-verified, not to make a page look fresh.
